Tour of Missouri 2009 Dave Zabriskie Awarded the Yellow Jersey

In an amazing and electrifying performance, Dave Zabriskie of Team Garmin-Slipstream takes the lead in the 2009 Tour of Missouri posting a time of 36 min and 30 seconds earning him the top spot on the podium for the stage and the Yellow Jersey for over all points. Tour of Missouri Stage 4 Jefferson City – Other Events

It was a huge day for cycling fans in Jefferson City Mo today. The expo was packed with people and the local schools performed for thousands in attendance there. There was a great BMX Freestyle show to keep the kids entertained too. Tomorrow, the Tour of Missouri Stage 5 will take place in Sedalia MO in the form of a time trial.

Tour of Missouri 2009- Thor Hushovd Wins Stage 3

In an exciting end to stage 3 Thor Hushovd out sprints the pack to win in Rolla Missouri and creates a virtual tie for the tour lead. In the end, Thor takes the yellow jersey and takes lead over all in the Tour of Missouri 2009.
